Saudi Labor Law End of Service Benefits Guide

End of Service Benefit (EOSB) is a statutory entitlement established under Chapter 5 of the Saudi Labor Law to safeguard workers upon employment termination based on their tenure and contribution.

Resignation Entitlement Matrix (Article 85):

According to Article 84, an employee is entitled to half a month wage for each of the first 5 years, and a full month wage for each subsequent year, with pro-rated fractions for partial years based on the last actual wage.

A single day wage equals actual monthly wage divided by 30 days, multiplied by the remaining accrued unused leave days upon contract termination.
